Big Fish:
In January 2020 MPS completed the installation of 2 x 118 KW generators which included Xeamos exhaust treatment systems. With works commencing a few weeks prior to the Christmas break, it was all systems go for the team. The existing generators were stripped and removed with all the new machinery being lifted onboard by barge crane before the Christmas break. Upon return in the new year, the generators were assembled in position, exhaust treatment systems installed, and remote commissioning was completed before the vessel was docked for a full re-paint in late January.
Another successful project completed on time and on budget. The vessel is now cruising the Whitsundays enjoying their new clean and quiet power generation.
